PROMOTION PERIOD

Earn entries from 9am Tuesday 1st February 2022 until Friday 25th February 2022 (draw to be directly following the Club raffle).

PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Prize is for two (2) people only and is not transferable, available for sale or redeemable for cash.

• Prize is valid until 26 May 2022

• Prize must be redeemed within the validity period or prize will be forfeited.

• If the prize is transferred it will be forfeited.

• Accommodation venue may change, subject to availability

MANNER OF RESOLVING DISPUTES

All decisions concerning any aspect connected with the promotion will be made by Management of South Tamworth Bowling Club, whose decision will be final.

AGE LIMIT OF PARTICIPANTS

Participants must be over the age of 18.

MANNER OF NOTIFIYING PRIZE WINNERS

o Each winner will be notified audibly via the South Tamworth Bowling Club public address (PA) system by the promotions host as they are randomly drawn from the barrel.

o Winners must be present inside the South Tamworth Bowling Club licensed premises i.e. inside the glass doors at the South Tamworth Bowling Club entrance to claim the prize in the promotion.

o The winner must present at South Tamworth Bowling Club with their Membership card to be a valid winner.

MANNER OF ANNOUNCING PRIZE WINNERS

o The winner will be announced via the South Tamworth Bowling Club PA system and staff will make every attempt to announce the winner audibly via the Club PA system.

- Due to excessive background noise, South Tamworth Bowling Club cannot guarantee PA announcements will be audible in all areas of the Club.

- South Tamworth Bowling Club will attempt to ensure announcements are audible in all relevant areas.

- We recommend Members be present in areas where announcements are clearly audible.

PRIZE CLAIM PERIOD

o The winner must make themselves known and be within clear sight of the draw host at South Tamworth Bowling Club with their Membership card within 4 minutes of the winner announcement.

CIRCUMSTANCES FOR REDETERMINATION OF PRIZE WINNER (if applicable)

After 4 minutes elapses, the host will conduct a re-draw.

Entry Mechanism

o 1 x entry for Members of South Tamworth Bowling Club who purchase a glass of wine, or

o 4x entries for Members of South Tamworth Bowling Club who purchase a bottle of wine

It is the Members responsibility to have their Membership card swiped at the POS during each transaction to receive entries.

Approved IdealPOS system will process POS entries, which will be physically printed from POS.

Prize allocation - There will be 1x winner only.

GUIDELINES

o Promotion is open to Members of South Tamworth Bowling Club.

o Members must be financial to win prize.

o Promotion is held at South Tamworth Bowling Club.

o Entry is not open to Employees of South Tamworth Bowling Club.

o Participation in this promotion implies acceptance of all rules and regulations.

o Any failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in disqualification of the selected winner. Disqualification will be at the discretion of the Club’s management and no correspondence entered into.

o If for any reason a technical problem occurs, the Club reserves the right to delay the prize allocation within a reasonable amount of time.

o The time for draws will be at the discretion of the promotions announcer and every effort will be made to do the draws at the exact time.

o The Club (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage arising in connection with the promotion.

o Prizes are not transferable or changeable.

o Entrants consent to the Club using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration.

o Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to NSW Fair Trading - NSW Government, under the relevant lottery legislation.
